Wording

The PC failed to inform X at the first reasonable opportunity, after learning, [that the incident involving the boat may have resulted in injury or serious damage] [during the hearing of valid protest No. [##], that X, who was not party to the hearing, was involved in the incident and may have broken a rule], as required by RRS 60.2(b)(4). Therefore the protest is invalid under RRS 60.4(a)(1).

Applicable scenarios

  • PC failed to inform at first opportunity after learning of injury or involvement
