Wording

The [RC] [TC] [PC] failed to inform X of its intention to protest within the protest time limit, as required by RRS 60.2(a)(2). Therefore the protest is invalid under RRS 60.4(a)(1).

נוסח

[ועדת התחרות][ועדה טכנית][ועדת הערעורים] כשלה מלהודיע ל X על כוונתה לערער בתוך מגבלת זמן הערעורים, כפי שנדרש על פי חוק 60.2(a)(2). לפיכך הערעור אינו תקף על פי חוק 60.4(a)(1).
