Wording

[X] [Y] failed to [deliver a written] request to reopen the hearing within [the protest time limit] [30 minutes after being informed of the decision], as required by RRS 63.7(b) [1] [(2)]. Therefore, the request to reopen is invalid.

נוסח

[X][Y] כשלה להגיש [בכתב] בקשה לפתיחה מחדש של שמיעה בתוך[מגבלת זמן הערעורים][30 דקות אחרי שהודיעו לו על ההחלטה], כפי שנדרש בחוק 63.7(b)[1][2]. לפיכך הבקשה לפתיחה מחדש לא תקפה.
