Wording

Y failed to inform X of the protest alleging her failure to sail the course at the first reasonable opportunity, as required by RRS 60.2(b)(2). Therefore the protest is invalid under RRS 60.4(a)(1).

Y כשלה מלהודיע ל -X בהזדמנות הסבירה הראשונה על הערעור שטוען שהיא ביצעה שגיאה בהפלגת המסלול, כפי שנדרש בחוק 60.2(b)(2). לפיכך הערעור אינו תקף על פי חוק 60.4(a)(1).
