Wording

X was not within hailing distance at the time of the incident. Y failed to inform X of the protest at the first reasonable opportunity as required by RRS 60.2(b)(1). Therefore the protest is invalid under RRS 60.4(a)(1).

נוסח

X לא הייתה בטווח קריאה בזמן התקרית. Y כשלה מלהודיע ל-X על הערעור בהזדמנות הסבירה הראשונה כפי שנדרש על פי חוק 60.2(b)(1). לפיכך הערעור אינו תקף על פי חוק 60.4(a)(1).
